Pre-Season Maintenance Services:
Maintenance is a priority not only to protect your investment, but to ensure the best air quality in your home.
It can save you on costly repairs and it will help to lower your electric bill.
In a Service Maintenance AC/Heat Pump Check we will:
- Check freon pressures if low search for the leak
- Inspect evaporator and condenser coils
- Check amp draw and voltage on the compressor
- Check in door blower motor amp draw
- Check condenser fan motor
- Lubricate motors as needed
- Check temperature difference between the return air and supply air
- Check and clear drain lines & treat condensate pan with algae tabs
- Check wiring
- Check all relays and switches
- (Heat Pump) Check Emergancy back up heat
In a Service Maintenance Oil Heating check we will:
- Brush & vacum out the flue pipe and heat exchnger
- Inspect heat exchanger & flue pipe for holes or cracks that may leak carbon monoxide
- Pull nozzle assymbly and inspect burner tube
- Replace Oil Nozzle & filter
- Lubricate motors as needed
- Check high limit switches
- Test safety switches
- Inspect wiring
- Check all relays and switches
Boilers include all the above as well as;
- Lubricating circulator motor(s) & bearing assymbly(s)
- Checking zone valves if any, pressure reducing valve, expansion tank & water cut off valves
In a Service Maintenance Gas Heating check we will:
- Inspect heat exchanger & flue pipe for holes or cracks that may leak carbon monoxide
- Brush & vacum as needed
- Pull and inspect burner assembly
- Check gas pressure
- Lubricate motors as needed
- Check high limit switches
- Test safety switches
- Inspect wiring
- Check all relays and switches
Boilers include all the above as well as;
- Lubricating circulator motor(s) & bearing assymbly(s)
- Checking zone valves if any, pressure reducing valve, expansion tank & water cut off valves
